Paul Goosen ( B Juris LLB)

Paul was born in Pretoria and matriculated in Pretoria in 1965.

Thereafter he attended the Universities of Pretoria and South Africa where he obtained a B.Juris and LLB. degree in 1969 and 1972 respectively.

After obtained the B.Juris degree he worked as a public prosecutor in the Magistrates Court of Johannesburg and Pretoria.

He was admitted as an attorney in 1975 and later as a conveyancer and thereafter worked as an attorney for 12 months in Thabazimbi. After returning to Pretoria, he started practice under his own name. From this small start and after various amalgamations the present company Wilsenach, van Wyk, Goosen & Bekker Inc evolved. He was one of the founding members of this company.

He has extensive across the board experience of litigation and wide various of commercial matters and also extensive conveyancing work.

Willem Bekker ( B Juris)

Willem was born in Rietfontein, district Brits. After matriculating from High School Pretoria Tuine in 1967, he worked for the department of justice and completed a year of military service. He commenced his studies at the University of Pretoria in 1969 and obtained his B.Juris (Baccalaureus Juris) degree in 1972.

Shortly thereafter he was transferred to the Master of the High Court's offices. Prior to his admission as an attorney in 1978, he also worked for the Abattoir Commission as legal advisor. He was further in private practice until 1988 when an amalgamation with Wilsenach van Wyk took place. In November of that year he opened the Pretoria North branch of Wilsenach van Wyk.

Shayne White (BLC LLB)

Shayne was born in Standerton. He matriculated at High School Hoogenhout in 1987, whereafter he commenced his studies at the University of Pretoria. Shayne holds a BLC and LLB degree which he obtained in 1990 and 1992 respectively. In January of 1994, he commenced his training as a candidate attorney at Wilsenach Van Wyk where he is currently a Director.

Shayne's field of expertise include personal injury claims and Bank collections.

Danie Botha ( B Proc)

Danie was born in Johannesburg. Matriculated at Wonderboom High school in 1988, whereafter he attended the Rand Afrikaans University. He obtained his B.Proc (Baccalaureus Procurationis) in 1993 and was admitted as an Attorney in 1995.

Danie became a Director of our Johannesburg Branch 1996. Danie specialises in Property and Commercial Law.
